Ingredients

  • 1 lb crab meat
  • 1 tall can Pet milk
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom or chicken soup
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 can green chilies, chopped
  • 1 stick oleo (butter or margarine)
  • 1 package meal tortillas
  • 1 cup Swiss cheese, grated

Instructions

  1. Saute chopped onions in butter until translucent.
  2. Add milk, cream of mushroom or chicken soup, and chopped green chilies to the onions and stir well.
  3. Butter a casserole dish and layer the sauce with crab meat and tortillas.
  4. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
  5. Remove from oven and top with grated Swiss cheese, then return to oven to melt the cheese.
