Ingredients

  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp. horseradish
  • 1/2 medium onion, grated
  • 1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 bottle chili sauce
  • 6 oz. can crab meat (Seafare)

Instructions

  1. In a mixer, blend cream cheese, mayonnaise, horseradish, and grated onion.
  2. Spread the mixture into a 9-inch glass pie plate.
  3. Combine the remaining ingredients (crab meat, lemon juice, chili sauce).
  4. Pour the mixture over the cream cheese layer in the pie plate.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for 12 hours.
  6. Serve chilled with crackers.
