Ingredients

  • 2 c. cooked macaroni
  • 2 c. apples, peeled and chopped
  • 8 oz. canned salmon, drained
  • 3 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
  • 1/2 c. carrot, chopped
  • 1/2 c. celery, chopped
  • 1/2 c. onion, chopped
  • 1 c. Roquefort dressing

Instructions

  1. Mix together the cooked macaroni, chopped apples, drained salmon, chopped eggs, chopped carrot, chopped celery, and chopped onion in a large bowl.
  2. Add the Roquefort dressing and toss until well coated.
  3. Chill the salad for at least 1 hour before serving to allow flavors to meld.
