Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. imitation crab
  • 8 flour tortillas
  • 4 oz. can diced green chiles
  • 1 small can sliced black olives
  • grated Jack cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Place 4 flour tortillas on ovenproof plates or cookie sheets.
  3. Divide the imitation crab, diced green chiles, and sliced black olives evenly and sprinkle on the tortillas.
  4. Sprinkle generously with grated Jack cheese.
  5. Cover with the remaining 4 tortillas.
  6. Bake in the oven for approximately 10 minutes, until the tortillas are soft and warm and the cheese is melted.
  7. Cut into 8 wedges to serve.
