Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp. reduced calorie ranch dressing
  • 1 tsp. reduced calorie mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp. white horseradish
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1/8 tsp. cumin
  • 1/8 tsp. ground red pepper
  • 2 oz. drained canned crabmeat
  • 1/2 c. drained canned corn
  • 1/2 c. chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1/2 c. chopped red bell pepper

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, stir together ranch dressing, mayonnaise, horseradish, lemon juice, cumin, and red pepper.
  2. Add drained crabmeat, drained corn, chopped romaine lettuce, and chopped red bell pepper.
  3. Toss to mix well.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour until chilled.
