Tuna Vegetable Supper

- Separate the cauliflower into florets and cook with sliced carrots until tender-crisp. Drain well.
- In a skillet, sauté chopped onion in margarine until tender.
- In a bowl, combine the sautéed onion, mushroom soup, milk, and drained flaked tuna. Mix well.
- Place the cooked cauliflower and carrots in a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
- Pour the soup mixture over the vegetables.
- Sprinkle crumbled crackers on top.
- Bake at 350°F for 40 minutes until heated through and golden on top.
