Ingredients

  • 4 frozen puff pastry shells
  • 6 oz. crabmeat, flaked
  • 5 oz. jar Old English cheese spread
  • 6 Tbsp. margarine
  • 1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 small can mushrooms
  • 1 tsp. parsley flakes

Instructions

  1. Bake puff pastry shells according to package directions.
  2. Combine crabmeat, cheese spread, margarine, garlic powder, mushrooms, and parsley flakes in a saucepan over low heat.
  3. Blend ingredients well until heated through and smooth.
  4. Fill each puff shell with the crab mixture on a baking sheet.
  5. Broil until bubbly, approximately 2 to 3 minutes.
