Ingredients

  • 10 oz. package frozen raspberries, thawed
  • 32 oz. bottle cranberry juice cocktail, chilled
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice, chilled
  • 1 pint pineapple sherbet or vanilla ice cream
  • 32 oz. bottle lemon-lime soda, chilled

Instructions

  1. Combine the thawed raspberries and chilled cranberry juice cocktail and lemon juice in a large bowl or pitcher.
  2. Scoop pineapple sherbet or vanilla ice cream into a punch bowl.
  3. Pour the chilled lemon-lime soda over the sherbet and fruit mixture.
  4. Serve immediately and enjoy the refreshing, fizzy cranberry-raspberry punch.
