Ingredients

  • 1 bag cranberries
  • 3 1/3 c. sugar
  • 1 1/3 c. oil
  • 1 c. milk
  • 2 to 3 tsp. vanilla
  • 8 eggs
  • 6 c. flour
  • 1 c. walnuts
  • 8 tsp. baking powder
  • 2 tsp. salt

Instructions

  1. Mix ingredients and bake at 350° for 1 hour or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
