Ingredients

  • 4 medium chicken breast halves, skinless and boneless
  • 1 (16 oz.) can whole berry cranberry sauce
  • 8 oz. bottle Catalina dressing
  • 1 packet dry onion soup mix

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Spray a 9 x 13-inch glass baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  3. Place raw chicken breasts in the dish and set aside.
  4. In a medium bowl, mix the cranberry sauce, Catalina dressing, and dry onion soup mix.
  5. Pour the mixture over the chicken breasts.
  6. Bake for about 1 hour, until the chicken is cooked through.
