Tips & Substitutions

For a smoother texture, consider blending the cranberry pulp after straining. You can substitute white vinegar for red wine vinegar if needed, but it will alter the flavor profile. If you prefer a spicier ketchup, add a pinch of cayenne or crushed red pepper. This cranberry ketchup can also be adjusted by adding more sugar or spices according to personal taste.

Serving Suggestions

This cranberry ketchup is a delightful accompaniment to roasted meats, especially turkey and ham. It also pairs beautifully with Sloppy Joes(Non-Dairy) for a tangy twist. Consider serving it alongside cheese platters or as a condiment for sandwiches to elevate your meal experience.

Storage & Reheating

Store the cranberry ketchup in a cool, dark, dry place for up to a year. Once opened, refrigerate and use it within a month. To reheat, simply warm it gently on the stove or in the microwave, stirring frequently to maintain its consistency and flavor.
