Ingredients

  • 1 envelope unflavored gelatin
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 (16 oz.) can whole cranberry sauce
  • 1/2 cup celery, chopped
  • 1/4 cup pecans, chopped

Instructions

  1. Drain the mandarin oranges and set the juice aside.
  2. In a saucepan, heat the gelatin, sugar, salt, and mandarin juice until the gelatin dissolves.
  3. Add the lemon juice, cranberry sauce, mandarin oranges, chopped celery, and chopped pecans to the gelatin mixture.
  4. Pour the mixture into an 8 x 8-inch pan.
  5. Chill until set before serving.
