Ingredients

  • 3 (3 oz.) pkg. cherry gelatin
  • 2-1/2 cups boiling water
  • 1 can crushed pineapple (8.75 oz.)
  • 1 can whole cranberry sauce (1 lb. can)
  • 1 cup (8 oz.) dairy sour cream

Instructions

  1. Dissolve the cherry gelatin in boiling water.
  2. Stir in the crushed pineapple.
  3. Chill the mixture until it is slightly thickened.
  4. Stir in the whole cranberry sauce.
  5. Alternate layers of the gelatin mixture and sour cream in a mold, drawing a spatula through it to create a marbleized appearance.
  6. Refrigerate until set before serving.
