Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. raspberry jello
  • 1 can whole cranberries
  • 1 c. chopped pecans
  • 1/2 c. shredded carrots
  • 1 c. diced small apple
  • 1 c. chopped celery

Instructions

  1. Make the raspberry jello as directed and allow it to cool slightly.
  2. Add the can of whole cranberries to the jello and mix well.
  3. Pour the mixture into a mold and chill until set.
  4. Once partially set, add chopped pecans, shredded carrots, diced small apple, and chopped celery.
  5. Mix all ingredients well, then pour into the mold again and let it set completely.
