Ingredients

  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange flavored gelatin
  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cherry flavored gelatin
  • 1 c. hot water
  • 1 (16 oz.) can whole berry cranberry sauce
  • 2 (8 oz.) cans crushed drained pineapple
  • 1 (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice concentrate
  • 1 c. pecans chopped
  • 1/2 c. chopped celery

Instructions

  1. Mix the orange and cherry flavored gelatin in a large bowl.
  2. Add hot water and stir until the gelatin is dissolved.
  3. Stir in the cranberry sauce, crushed pineapple, orange juice concentrate, chopped pecans, and chopped celery.
  4. Pour the mixture into a lightly greased 6-cup mold.
  5. Chill until the gelatin is firm.
