  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup jellied cranberry sauce

Instructions

  1. Combine Bisquick, egg, and milk in a medium bowl.
  2. Beat with a rotary beater until smooth.
  3. Fold in 1/2 cup of cut-up cranberry sauce.
  4. Pour batter by 1/4 cupfuls onto a hot griddle.
  5. Turn when bubbles appear on the surface.
  6. Cook the other side until golden brown.
