Evalee'S Apple Bread

Instructions
- Combine oil, eggs, sugar, and vanilla; set aside.
- Sift flour, cinnamon, soda, and salt; add to the oil mixture.
- Add diced tart apples and chopped walnuts.
- Mix until well combined; batter will be very thick.
- Divide the batter evenly into 2 oiled loaf pans.
- Bake at 300°F (150°C) for 1 1/2 hours.
- Cool for 10 minutes, then remove from pans.
- Sprinkle a little sugar on top of the bread while still warm.
- Wrap in foil for storage; refrigerate or freeze if desired.
