Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. round steak, cut in bite-size pieces
  • 1/4 c. flour
  • dash of pepper
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 1 c. drained mushrooms
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 (10 oz.) can consomme soup
  • 1 c. sour cream

Instructions

  1. Dust the meat in flour and pepper.
  2. Brown the meat in melted butter.
  3. Add drained mushrooms, chopped onion, and minced garlic.
  4. Stir in consomme soup, cover, and cook for 1 hour.
  5. Stir in sour cream and heat for 5 minutes.
  6. Serve over noodles.
