Instructions
- Place all in a large mixing bowl.
- Blend at low speed until all is moistened, then at medium speed for 2 minutes.
- Spread in loaf pan.
- Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes.
- Last few minutes of baking, sprinkle with coconut or dust with powdered sugar when cool.
