Ingredients

  • 2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/3 c. hot water
  • 1 1/2 c. cranberries, cut in half
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/2 c. molasses
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/2 c. flour

Instructions

  1. Dissolve the baking soda in hot water.
  2. Combine all ingredients; blend lightly.
  3. Pour the mixture into a well buttered mold.
  4. Cover and steam for about 1 1/2 hours.
  5. Unmold the pudding carefully.
  6. Serve with Butter Sauce.
