Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cups boiling water
  • 1 (3 oz.) package raspberry jello
  • 1 cup canned whole cranberry sauce
  • 1/2 cup cored, unpeeled apple
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery

Instructions

  1. Combine boiling water and raspberry jello in a bowl.
  2. Stir until the jello is completely dissolved.
  3. Chill the mixture until it is slightly thickened.
  4. Fold in the cranberry sauce, chopped apple, chopped nuts, mayonnaise, and chopped celery.
  5. Pour the mixture into a 4-cup mold or an 8-inch square dish.
  6. Chill until the salad is firm before serving.
