Ingredients

  • 8 fresh ears corn
  • 1 fresh tomato
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp red pepper
  • 2 medium onions
  • 2 lb crawfish tails
  • 1/4 cup cooking oil

Instructions

  1. Cut and clean the corn ears.
  2. Add the cleaned corn, chopped tomato, chopped bell pepper, salt, red pepper, chopped onions, and cooking oil to a large pot.
  3. Cook on medium heat, adding water as needed, for about 45 minutes.
  4. Add the crawfish tails and cook for an additional 20 minutes.
