Ingredients

  • 7 oz. can crabmeat
  • 1 Tbsp. green onion
  • 1/2 cup shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp. curry powder
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • dash of pepper
  • pkg. mini filo sheets

Instructions

  1. Preheat the broiler.
  2. Mix crabmeat, green onion, shredded Swiss cheese, mayonnaise, curry powder, lemon juice, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Place a teaspoon of the mixture into each mini filo sheet.
  4. Roll or fold the filo sheets to enclose the filling if desired.
  5. Arrange on a baking sheet and sprinkle with paprika.
  6. Broil for about 3 minutes or until the cheese melts and the edges are golden.
