Salmon Log Spread

A creamy, flavorful salmon spread shaped into logs, rolled in pecans and parsley, perfect for elegant appetizers or holiday gatherings with a rich, nutty taste.

Ingredients

  • 1 can salmon
  • 1 pkg. cream cheese
  • 2 tsp. grated onion
  • 1/4 tsp. smoked salt
  • 3 tsp. chopped parsley
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. horseradish
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Drain the salmon.
  2. Combine the salmon, cream cheese, lemon juice, grated onion, horseradish, and smoked salt in a bowl.
  3. Shape the mixture into two logs.
  4. Chill the logs in the refrigerator.
  5. Roll the chilled logs in chopped pecans and parsley until evenly coated.
  6. Refrigerate for several hours or overnight to set.
  7. Slice into rounds and serve on crackers.
