Ingredients

  • 1 lb. package Philadelphia cream cheese
  • 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 1 1/2 tsp. ketchup
  • hot pepper sauce to taste
  • 1/4 tsp. onion
  • 1/2 cup boiled crayfish pieces

Instructions

  1. Soften Philadelphia cream cheese.
  2. Add lemon juice, mayonnaise, ketchup, hot sauce, and onion to the cream cheese.
  3. Mix together well.
  4. Add crayfish pieces and mix again.
  5. Serve as dip with chips or spread on crackers.
