Crazy Corn Crunch
A crunchy, sweet and nutty caramel popcorn treat perfect for satisfying snack cravings and sharing at parties or during movie nights with friends and family.

- Spread popped corn, broken pecans, and peanuts on a cookie sheet.
- In a pan, bring to a boil the sugar, margarine, and white Karo syrup. Stir constantly and cook for 10 to 15 minutes until it turns a light caramel color.
- Remove from heat and add 1 teaspoon vanilla. Pour the caramel mixture over the popcorn and nuts.
- Spread out to cool and dry.
- Once cooled, break into chunks.
- Stir to combine and store in a tightly closed container.
