- Unroll the second can of crescent rolls and press them over the cream cheese layer.
- In a small bowl, beat the egg white until frothy and brush it over the top layer of crescent rolls.
- Bake the cake at 350°F (175°C) for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool, then sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
