Ingredients

  • 1 c. creamed corn
  • 3/4 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • dash of paprika
  • 1 Tbsp. butter, melted
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/4 c. milk

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl until well mixed.
  2. Drop spoonfuls of the batter into hot grease and fry until golden brown.
  3. Drain the fritters on paper towels before serving.
