Cream Spinach is a rich, creamy side dish combining tender spinach with cream cheese, butter, and flavorful stuffing mix, perfect for family dinners or holiday gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 2 pkg. frozen spinach
  • 1 pkg. cream cheese
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 1 pkg. herb stuffing mix

Instructions

  1. Cook and drain the frozen spinach.
  2. Melt the cream cheese and mix it with the cooked spinach.
  3. Sprinkle the herb stuffing mix and dot with butter on top of the spinach mixture.
  4. Bake in a 350°F oven for 30 minutes in a glass pie dish.
