- In a saucepan, combine chopped jalapeno peppers and chopped onion.
- Add 1/4 cup water and cook for 10 minutes.
- Add cream of mushroom soup and cream of chicken soup. Heat until blended.
- Add grated cheese and broken tortillas to the mixture.
- Save enough cheese to crumble and sprinkle on top.
- Pour the mixture into a casserole dish and bake in a 350°F oven for 30 minutes.
