Cream Tortillas offer a comforting blend of creamy mushroom and chicken soups, melted cheese, and spicy jalapenos, perfect for a hearty, cheesy, and slightly spicy meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 small can jalapeno peppers, chopped
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 12 corn tortillas, broken into bite size pieces
  • 1/4 cup water

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, combine chopped jalapeno peppers and chopped onion.
  2. Add 1/4 cup water and cook for 10 minutes.
  3. Add cream of mushroom soup and cream of chicken soup. Heat until blended.
  4. Add grated cheese and broken tortillas to the mixture.
  5. Save enough cheese to crumble and sprinkle on top.
  6. Pour the mixture into a casserole dish and bake in a 350°F oven for 30 minutes.
