  • 1/2 c. chopped celery
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/2 c. milk or cream

Instructions

  1. Simmer tomatoes, minced onion, salt, paprika, brown sugar, and chopped celery gently for about 10 minutes.
  2. Combine flour and milk or cream until smooth and bring to a boil, then add to the tomato mixture and cook until thickened.
