Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp oleo
  • 3 Tbsp flour
  • 2 c milk
  • 1 c diced Cheddar cheese
  • 2 hard-cooked eggs, diced
  • 2 c diced cooked ham
  • 1/3 c diced pimiento
  • 1 c English peas, drained

Instructions

  1. Melt oleo in a saucepan, add flour, and blend well.
  2. Slowly add milk, stirring constantly to prevent lumps.
  3. Add diced cooked ham, cheddar cheese, diced eggs, pimiento, and drained peas.
  4. Cook until slightly thickened and cheese is melted.
  5. Serve hot on toast, rice, or potatoes.
