Ingredients

  • turnips
  • salted water
  • butter or margarine
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • pinch of salt
  • pinch of black pepper
  • milk or cream

Instructions

  2. Add a lump of butter or margarine, flour, salt, and black pepper to the turnips.
  3. Pour in a little milk or cream and cook until the liquid thickens.
  4. Serve hot.
