  • 1 c. milk
  • 2 c. cooked vegetables

Instructions

  2. Blend in flour, salt, and pepper; cook until the mixture is smooth and bubbly, stirring constantly.
  3. Gradually add the milk, stirring constantly.
  4. Cook until the mixture boils and thickens, stirring constantly.
  5. Stir in the cooked vegetables; cook until thoroughly heated.
