Ingredients

  • 3 c. chicken broth
  • 1 c. quick grits
  • 1/4 c. heavy cream
  • salt and white pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Bring broth to a boil and slowly stir in grits.
  2. Reduce heat to medium-low; cover.
  3. Cook 5 to 7 minutes or until thickened, stirring occasionally.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in heavy cream. Season to taste.
