Ingredients

  • 6 oz. frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
  • 2 c. plain low-fat yogurt
  • frozen yogurt (optional)
  • 2 tsp. vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Process all ingredients in blender until smooth.
  2. Pour into serving glasses and serve.
  3. Transfer to refrigerator 30 to 40 minutes before to slightly soften.
