Ingredients

  • 3 oz. green jello
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 8 oz. Cool Whip

Instructions

  1. Drain the pears, reserving the juice.
  2. Heat 1 cup of the reserved pear juice until warm.
  3. Dissolve the green jello in the warm pear juice.
  4. Puree the drained pears in a blender until smooth.
  5. Add the cream cheese to the pear puree and blend until smooth.
  6. Fold the jello mixture into the pear and cream cheese mixture.
  7. Gently fold in the Cool Whip until well combined.
  8. Pour the mixture into a mold and chill until set.
