Ingredients

  • 6 medium potatoes
  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/3 cup butter or margarine
  • paprika

Instructions

  1. Boil the potatoes until tender.
  2. While the potatoes are cooking, soften the cream cheese.
  3. Blend the softened cream cheese with milk, salt, and butter until smooth and creamy.
  4. Drain the cooked potatoes, then mash them.
  5. Add the cream cheese mixture to the mashed potatoes and mix well.
  6. Sprinkle with paprika before serving.
