Ingredients

  • 200g thin spaghetti
  • 1 onion
  • 1 green pepper
  • 100g Philadelphia cream cheese
  • 200g cottage cheese
  • 300g ground beef
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup tomato sauce

Instructions

  1. Cook spaghetti in boiling water with 1 tablespoon of oil until al dente.
  2. Saute ground beef until browned.
  3. Mix cottage cheese, cream cheese, sour cream, chopped green pepper, and chopped onion to make the cheese mixture.
  4. Layer cooked spaghetti and cheese mixture in a baking dish.
  5. Pour tomato sauce over the layered spaghetti and cheese.
  6. Refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight.
  7. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30 minutes before serving.
