Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. finely shredded carrots
  • 2 Tbsp. minced green onion
  • 2 Tbsp. minced parsley
  • 1 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tsp. curry powder
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened

Instructions

  1. In bowl, combine the first 4 ingredients.
  2. Blend in curry powder, and then cheese.
  3. Put in serving bowl.
  4. Chill for 30 minutes so flavors blend.
  5. Serve with veggies, breads or as a sandwich filler alone or with lunch meats.
