- Melt butter in skillet. Saute onion & bell pepper. Add corn, sugar, salt, pepper & pimentos. Cool & add cheese & well beaten eggs. Pour into buttered 2-quart casserole & set in pan of hot water.Bake 35 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve at once.
