Ingredients

  • 1 lb. wieners
  • 1/2 cup margarine
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1/2 chopped green pepper
  • 1 can tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • dash black pepper

Instructions

  1. Brown wieners, onion, and green pepper in a skillet with margarine over medium-high heat.
  2. Add tomatoes and seasonings (chili powder, salt, sugar, black pepper).
  3. Cook on high until steam appears, then turn to low heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
  4. Serve over rice.
