Creole Rabbit
Ingredients
- 1 rabbit, cut into sections ⓘ
- 1 tsp. salt ⓘ
- 1 tsp. black pepper ⓘ
- 1/2 tsp. cayenne ⓘ
- 3 pods garlic, minced ⓘ
- 1/4 c. onion, chopped ⓘ
- 2 Tbsp. white vinegar ⓘ
- 1 tsp. Kitchen Bouquet ⓘ
- 1 (8 oz.) can mushrooms ⓘ
- 1 Tbsp. butter, melted ⓘ
- 1 Tbsp. fresh parsley, minced ⓘ
- 2 Tbsp. green pepper, chopped ⓘ
- 2 Tbsp. green onions, chopped
- 2/3 c. white wine ⓘ
Instructions
- Dry rabbit and place in bowl.
- Mix salt, pepper, cayenne, garlic, 1/4 cup onion and vinegar and pour over rabbit.
- Cover bowl and marinate overnight in fridge.
