Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs hamburger
  • 1 envelope sloppy joe mix
  • 16 oz can tomato sauce
  • 2 packages refrigerator crescent rolls
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • oregano to taste

Instructions

  1. Brown the hamburger in a frying pan, then add the sloppy joe mix, tomato sauce, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  2. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  3. Cover the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan with one package of crescent rolls.
  4. Spread the meat mixture over the crescent rolls.
  5. Sprinkle with shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese.
  6. Cover with the second package of crescent rolls, rolling between two pieces of waxed paper if desired.
  7. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 25 minutes uncovered.
