- Arrange the pork chops over the beans.
- Season the chops with salt and pepper, then spread lightly with prepared mustard.
- Sprinkle brown sugar over the chops and spread with catsup.
- Bake at 325°F (163°C) for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
- Place onion slices atop each chop.
