Ingredients

  • 2 package crescent rolls
  • 2 (8 oz.) package cream cheese
  • 3/4 cup white sugar
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Instructions

  1. Roll out one package of crescent rolls and place into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
  2. Beat the cream cheese, sugar, egg yolk, and vanilla until smooth. Spread this mixture over the crescent rolls in the pan.
  3. Roll out the second package of crescent rolls and place over the cream cheese layer.
  4. Beat the egg white until frothy and spread evenly over the top layer of crescents.
  5. Bake at 325°F for 40 minutes or until golden brown.
