Instructions
- Mix flour, sour cream, vinegar-water mixture, and butter to form a pie-like dough.
- Roll out a section of dough onto a floured surface until thin.
- Cut the dough into 1 1/2 x 1 1/2-inch squares.
- Place a drop of filling (preferably Solo brand) into the center of each square.
- Fold two corners over the filling, overlapping the tips, and seal with wet edges if needed.
- Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes or until the bottom is golden brown.
- Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
- These pastries can be frozen for later and kept tightly contained after thawing.
