Crescent Roll Pastry

Instructions
- Spray a 13 x 9-inch pan with vegetable spray.
- Mix softened cream cheese, egg yolk, sugar, and vanilla together in an electric mixer until well blended.
- Place one package of crescent rolls on the bottom of the prepared pan.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture over the crescent rolls.
- Place the second package of crescent rolls on top of the cream cheese mixture.
- Brush the top layer of crescent rolls with the egg white.
- Bake in a preheated 350°F (175°C) oven for 30 minutes until the top is golden brown.
