Ingredients

  • 2 (8 oz.) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 2 (8 oz.) packages crescent rolls
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Instructions

  1. Spray a 13 x 9-inch pan with vegetable spray.
  2. Mix softened cream cheese, egg yolk, sugar, and vanilla together in an electric mixer until well blended.
  3. Place one package of crescent rolls on the bottom of the prepared pan.
  4. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the crescent rolls.
  5. Place the second package of crescent rolls on top of the cream cheese mixture.
  6. Brush the top layer of crescent rolls with the egg white.
  7. Bake in a preheated 350°F (175°C) oven for 30 minutes until the top is golden brown.
