Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. chopped walnuts or coconut
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Instructions

  1. Beat eggs until light.

  3. Fold in flour, chopped walnuts or coconut, and remaining ingredients.
  4. Drop tablespoon-sized spoonfuls onto a buttered pan, spacing 2 inches apart.
