Crispy Cheddar Crackers

Ingredients

  • 3/4 c. unbleached flour
  • 1/4 c. ground walnuts
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika
  • 1/4 tsp. onion powder
  • 3 Tbsp. melted butter
  • 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 3 to 6 tsp. cold water

Instructions

  1. Spray baking sheet with nonstick coating.
  2. Mix flour, walnuts, paprika and onion powder.
  3. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  4. Stir in cheese.
  5. Sprinkle 1 teaspoon water over mixture.
  6. Gently toss with a fork.
  7. Repeat until all are moistened.
